We deliver flowers, plants, and special gifts all over the world.
Your gifts can be delivered the same day as long as you place your order before 14:00 PM, Monday - Saturday, in your recipient's time zone.
Please note that on Sundays we don’t accept orders for same day delivery except for Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
On Sunday or on national holidays, flowers are not delivered worldwide (except on special occasions, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.).
During busy periods like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas or New Year's Day, due to the high order volume, orders may exceptionally be delivered early or after requested delivery dates.
Please note that in cases of traffic jams in the city, strikes or extreme weather conditions, our store is not responsible for any delays. Due to huge volumes of international orders, orders delivery status update is available a day after the delivery. In case of Weekend status update is available following Monday.
In order to avoid problems and for us to continue to give high quality service we have to contact the recipient before any delivery.
Policy followed before delivery to the recipient:
For secure and on time delivery we always contact the recipient before delivery to confirm the address and the desired delivery time and day.
If you wish not to contact the recipient we are not responsible for any missing or incorrect information. The order is returned to the store, we inform you by phone and another delivery is scheduled in consultation with the recipient. In this case, you will be charged the shipping cost for the second delivery of your order.
We will contact the sender to specify more details for the proper handling of your order or if we are unable to contact the recipient.
In case that the sender wishes the delivery to be a surprise, we will contact the recipient informing him/her that we deliver a parcel so that we do not spoil the surprise.
If the sender wishes to maintain the surprise must provide all the needed information in order to avoid any inconvenience, such as recipient been absent on delivery time, being in another place or refuse to receive it.
In case the recipient does not wish to receive your gift, we are not responsible and your order will be returned to our store where you can arrange to receive or send it elsewhere at your own shipping costs.
Contact details of the recipient are required and in the case that the recipient's phone is wrong or same as the sender's phone our store bears no responsibility. If the recipient is absent or unwilling to receive or request another delivery time then the product will be returned to the flower shop and sender or recipient has the right to receive it within 2 days from the store. Upon expiry of 2 days bears no responsibility for the integrity or quality of the product.
Floral products are subject to availability. In case that our products do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where this is necessary, and the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you via email.
